Since our store launch, we have offered a free shipping option. We continue to offer this option. This option takes about 3 - 12 weeks, depending on destination. With the COVID-19 pandemic, we are in the process of offering an option for faster delivery for customers who prefer this. Please keep visiting this page for future updates to our shipping policy.

The shipping time frame is broken down below:

• Processing time: We verify our order and ensure that our warehouse can deliver. Sometimes we have to do customization of the order. This can take 3 to 7 days.
• Shipping time: Our free shipping option has a time of 3 to 12 weeks. We will announce shipping options with shorter times.
  
• Customs time: Our shipping time excludes customs time. OneStepForth is not responsible for customs import fees. This is the responsibility of the buyer.
